The Role- key responsibilities
As a Remote Support Technician (RST), you’ll become an integral part of our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-on technical expertise while supporting exciting global events. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with RSI technology, videoconferencing tools, event management systems, and cutting-edge AI-powered solutions—all while being part of an international, diverse team.
What You’ll Do:
- Support Global Events: Provide technical assistance to interpreters, speakers, and attendees to ensure flawless event experiences.
- Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Use problem-solving skills to quickly address technical challenges, keeping events on track.
- Grow Your Expertise: Start by independently managing smaller events and gain experience by working alongside Senior Technicians for advanced setups.
- Collaborate Globally: Work with colleagues from around the world to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Develop New Skills: Participate in ongoing training programs to expand your knowledge and grow your career within Interprefy.
Working Hours and Flexibility:
Our support team offers flexible shift models to fit your lifestyle:
- Model 1: Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts (1-hour break included).
- Model 2: Tuesday to Thursday with 12-hour shifts (1 hour 45-minute break), plus 4 hours on either weekend day.
Shifts are scheduled weekly by the Operations Management team based on event needs. This allows you to balance work with life and develop a rewarding career on your terms.

Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum English proficiency of B2.
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Consistent access to a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions from team leads and senior staff.
