Driving the transformation of the division's global sales organization into an agile, opportunity-driven powerhouse
Our client is a leading global provider of electric driven machines, components and digital service solutions for industrial applications. Headquartered in Southern Germany, the company operates in around 50 countries. Its products and solutions serve customers across industries including chemicals, energy, mining, oil & gas, water management, and manufacturing. As part of its continued strategic development, our client is seeking an exceptional executive to lead and transform the global sales organisation of the Aftermarket division into a proactive, fast-moving growth engine. The position is based at the German headquarters and requires on-site presence. Regular international travel (at least 25%) is also part of the role.
