Purpose of the Position

The importance of this position is to be able to supply our markets more effectively by improving plant productivity. This will be done by increasing transparency around maintenance and spare parts management. For this purpose, a uniform maintenance software will be introduced, which will enable synergies between the plants through standardization. With the exchange of information and experience, the software can be further developed, parallel work in the countries can be avoided and comparability increased. This supports the optimization of the stock of spare parts in the production network. With the software and new hardware, communication between the specialist departments (production, maintenance, quality and controlling) is digitized, which introduces new ways of working and processes within the factory.

Responsibilities

You lead and drive the implementation work around Asset management across the Intersnack Group – get the countries and organisations transitioned to defined ways of working.

  1. Support the local implementation.
    1. Lead and drive the delivery of harmonization activities applying the standards maintaining the delivery schedule, scope and budget.
    2. Document and monitor actions, update documents and manage workload.
    3. Enable and motivate key resources within the local organisation to support the implementation.
    4. Enable the local maintenance and operations teams to transition from their current into the future common way of working.
    5. Flag and resolve local issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment.
  2. Represent the Intersnack Group.
    1. Seed excitement for the common solution.
    2. Build a network between the different countries and the group.
    3. Defend the strategic and operational asset management aspects to avoid local deviation.
    4. Collect feedback to specify software enhancements to increase efficiency within the group.
    5. Increase bonding between the countries and the headquarter.

Scope of Authorisation

The holders of this position will define, apply and continuously improve the realization approach in line with the overall programme’s guidelines and in agreement with the Group Process Owners – fulfilling the overall programme target.

Education

  • University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

  • 2–8 years in maintenance, IT, or consulting within the FMCG or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven expertise in maintenance/manufacturing operations and project implementation.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance, manufacturing, and procurement processes.
  • Experience with business transformation.
  • Proficiency in project management (e.g. IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI certification) preferred.
  • Communication and facilitation skills across diverse cultures and hierarchies.
  • A self-starter attitude with strong result orientation and leadership capabilities.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages spoken within the organization are a plus).

Willing to travel – expected level of travel of this position is approx. 4 days/week.
