As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will independently lead sub‑projects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management, process optimisation, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on improving procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes. Your technical capabilities in ERP and planning systems help elevate upstream supply chain performance.
Your Role at Intersnack
- Manage sub‑projects within broader transformation initiatives
- Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners
- Develop functional specifications, process improvements, and organisational designs
- Drive ERP‑related improvements in planning, scheduling, MRP, and procurement (MM), including configuration and testing
- Lead cross‑functional project teams and ensure alignment and adoption of new standards
- Perform hands‑on validation, testing, data analysis, and issue resolution
- Expand knowledge into adjacent areas (manufacturing, order‑to‑cash, quality, commercials, finance)
- Mentor junior team members
Education
- University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields
Experience
- Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting
- Proven ERP configuration experience in planning‑related areas (Supply Planning, Scheduling, MRP, Procurement/MM)
- Experience managing cross‑functional projects and implementing new processes or IT solutions
- Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Technical expertise in at least two areas: Demand Planning, Supply Planning & MRP, Production Scheduling, Workforce Planning, Procurement
- Additional strengths in project management, change management, stakeholder management
- Hands‑on mindset for testing, data analysis, and issue resolution
- Willingness to learn adjacent business areas
- Clear and effective communication in English
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint)
- Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/week
