Solution Architect (Infor M3 CloudSuite)

We are expanding our Infor Competence Centre and looking for a Solution Architect (Infor M3 CloudSuite) to join our team at Intersnack. You’ll be joining a team that already includes two experienced architects, and we’re looking for someone who is eager to grow into this role. Whether you’re currently working in consulting with a broad knowledge of Infor solutions or you’re keen to shift to an in-house IT role, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise.

How you will spend your time as our next Solution Architect:

As part of the team, you’ll work closely with business units and IT teams to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of our Infor CloudSuite solutions, with a specific focus on supporting Food and Beverage processes.

1. Work across the full Infor M3 CloudSuite and Infor OS stack, including ION, API Gateway, Portals, and Workspaces, to ensure our systems align with business needs. Additionally, drive future initiatives in Enterprise Automation, including AI/ML, RPA, and IDP.
2. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that the Infor M3 CloudSuite platform supports our Food and Beverage industry processes.
3. Work on integrating Infor M3 with other enterprise systems, improving automation and data flow through the Infor OS tools.
4. Assist in designing flexible and scalable solutions that align with our business objectives while ensuring consistency across regions.
5. Identify opportunities to optimize the system, focusing on improving workflows and system performance for our food manufacturing and distribution operations.
6. Work closely with other architects, group solution owners, business stakeholders (including group process owners), and external partners to deliver the required solutions in line with Intersnack’s business strategy.

What we expect of you:

1. A broad understanding of Infor M3 CloudSuite and Infor OS solutions, not necessarily as a solution architect, but with the potential to grow into the role.
2. Experience across various Infor CloudSuite modules, with exposure to the Food and Beverage industry or similar sectors (e.g., manufacturing or distribution).
3. Experience in integrating systems within the Infor OS ecosystem and identifying ways to optimize workflows and system performance.
4. Ideally, you are coming from a consulting background and are now looking to move into an in-house IT role where you can manage business solutions long-term.
5. Able to work with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders, contributing to both technical and business discussions.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.
7. Ability to work effectively in a complex, collaborative environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural, geographically diverse setting.
8. Occasional travel within Europe may be required.
9. Fluent communication skills in English are required; German is a plus.
