We are expanding our IT services team and are looking for an IT Service Manager – OT End User Computing to join us. In this role, you will lead and manage OT-related end-user computing services, ensuring the seamless operation of critical IT equipment in our manufacturing environments. Your expertise will enhance productivity, improve user satisfaction, and maintain compliance with security and governance standards across the Intersnack Group.

How you will spend your time as our next IT Service Manager – OT End User Computing

You will oversee the global OT EUC service portfolio to drive business productivity. This includes managing third-party providers to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs and continuously enhancing service offerings to deliver an efficient and modern user experience.

You will manage OT-related IT hardware and software, ensuring compliance, security, and governance. In addition, you will maintain and enhance knowledge bases and design documentation, aligning OT EUC services with evolving business and operational needs.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. This includes managing vendor contracts, participating in product evaluations, and collaborating with project teams to align OT EUC services with strategic business objectives.

You will handle technical incidents, resolve complex problems in collaboration with third parties, and manage change processes to minimise risks in production environments. Ensuring timely resolution of service requests and adherence to performance standards will also be key aspects of your role.

You will work closely with the EUC Services Manager and contribute to EUC services in general, in line with operational service needs and new projects.
What we expect of you
Essential skills and experience:

Strong knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.

Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and endpoint management systems.

Hands-on experience with IT service management frameworks such as ITIL (certification is a plus).

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a service-oriented approach.

Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus.
