Responsibilities
Management of the cashier staff (5-6 people)
Operating the cash register in compliance with internal guidelines and standardized procedures, including daily closing procedures.
Processing of cash, card and voucher payments
Friendly and service-oriented customer contact at the checkout area
Handling of exchange, return and complaint processes
