We are seeking a a Full Stack Development Engineer to lead the transformation of internal infrastructure across multiple servers and private data centres into a sophisticated, autonomous Public Cloud platform.
The role has lead DevOps and Full Stack development responsibilities.
Greenfield development opportunity, using sophisticated AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Transition the DevOps environment from manual administration to automated orchestration by developing AI Agents that resolve routine support tickets, password resets, and firewall clearances.
- Implement Intelligent Observability by connecting monitoring and logging frameworks with LLMs to create an infrastructure that can autonomously provide operational assistance via Infrastructure as Code.
- Enable the launch of our Cloud Business by ensuring all hardware resources are deployable and manageable via API and automated agents.
- Act as a technical “doer” to bridge gaps across the stack, whether debugging Terraform scripts, writing C# services, or building Vue.js frontends for system control.
- Mentor junior engineers and apprentices in modern, AI-supported operations while maintaining a "Security First" approach.
- Engage directly with support workflows when necessary to identify exactly which root-cause issues should be targeted for your next automation script.
Requirements
- Robust coding skills in C# & Python.
- Deep experience in building APIs.
- Experienced in AI deployments, prior experience in applying LLMs to real-world server environments and hardware.
- Highly experienced with a modern tech stack including Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Ideally experience with Apache Pulsar and Elastic Stack.
- Strong Linux experience.
- Builder mentality with the drive to find inefficiencies and script them away rather than wait for instructions.
- Occasionally onsite in Leipzig (approx. once a month).
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ideally using SaltStack, Ansible, and Terraform.
- German B2+ (ideally fluent) and fluent English.
