Project Manager – Web Design Agency (Remote, Freelance) – Bilingual EN/DE

Into Place Design is a Webflow Premium Partner agency based in Berlin. We\’re a team of 9 people that create cool presences for cool clients. Over the past 2.5 years, we\’ve delivered 200+ websites for clients across DACH, Europe, and North America – including brands like the NFL Houston Texans and O2/Telefonica.

Hi! I\’m Marten, the founder. We\’re a remote team of about 9 people – designers, developers, and one project manager who\’s moving on to other things. That\’s where you come in.

We run tight projects with clear processes. No chaos, no micromanagement. Just good work, happy clients, and a team that respects each other! 🙂

About You & the Role:I\’m looking for someone who can take over project management for 3-6 projects at a time. You\’ll be the main point of contact for clients after I close the deal and hand it off.

You should be:Fluent in German and English (both are essential)Experienced in web design, UX, or agency work – you don\’t need to code, but you need to get designComfortable giving feedback to designers (in Figma, Loom, Slack)Good at managing clients – including the difficult onesOrganized, proactive, and reliableAvailable for 15-20 hours/week, remote

Nice to have:Webflow knowledgeExperience with Notion, Slack, FigmaPM experience in an design & agency setting (apply if you do!)

Your responsibilities:Lead client kickoffs and onboardingBrief designers and coordinate internal reviewsRun concept and design reviews with clientsManage timelines, feedback loops, and handoversKeep clients happy and keep projects on scopeFlag problems early, bring solutions
