Job Summary: Looking for a flexible second income opportunity? Join IntraCare Health Center as a PRN Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner to support our clinics throughout the DFW market on an as-needed basis. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care under the supervision of our medical team, ensuring high-quality healthcare delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and formulate treatment plans.
• Medical Procedures: Perform procedures such as suturing, wound care, and injections.
• Prescription Management: Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborative Practice: Work closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills:

• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently within scope of practice.
• Excellent communication skills and bedside manner.
• Ability to adapt to different clinic environments and patient populations.
• Proficient with electronic health records systems.

Requirements:

• Active licensure as a Physician Assistant and/or Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Previous experience in primary care or a related specialty preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Comfortable with standing, walking, and performing clinical procedures.
• Access to reliable transportation.

• Paid Mileage: Compensation includes mileage reimbursement for travel.
• PRN staff can accept or decline assignments based on availability.
