Overview
In this role you drive the commercialization of Intuitive’s Multiport portfolio in Europe, shaping how da Vinci X, Xi and da Vinci 5 are positioned and adopted. You collaborate with regional and global teams to execute go-to-market strategies, lifecycle plans, and value messaging that translate clinical and economic outcomes into clear customer benefits. You’ll manage portfolio planning, launches, upgrades, and end-of-life strategies while building surgeon relationships and reference centers. This is a high-impact role with global collaboration, aimed at expanding minimally invasive care across Europe. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Lead portfolio positioning and differentiation for Multiport (da Vinci X, Xi, and 5) across customer segments
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, software releases, and portfolio initiatives
- Evolve the Multiport value proposition with clinical, operational, and economic messaging and sales tools
- Lead European commercialization of the Multiport value proposition and enablement
- Maintain procedural expertise and surgeon relations to inform strategy and messaging
- Partner with Global Marketing and EU Marketing Operations on portfolio planning, lifecycle management, and end-of-life planning
- Develop analytical tools to monitor portfolio performance, competitive dynamics, and commercialization effectiveness
- Establish European reference centers to demonstrate clinical, operational, and economic value
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years in sales or marketing within medical device, surgical technology, or healthcare tech
- Experience with capital medical devices and robotics preferred
- Proven ability to develop portfolio positioning, value propositions, and product launches
- Strong commercial and analytical acumen to translate insights into strategy
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a high-growth environment
- Cross-functional leadership within a matrix organization
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
