Overview
In this Senior System Business Analyst role, you help ensure Salesforce Field Service Cloud and Sales Cloud work smoothly by designing and testing automation flows. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate capabilities, debug issues, and support field service and sales operations. Your work directly supports project success and higher quality field service software. You’ll join a mission-driven, inclusive culture advancing minimally invasive care.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and debug flow automations and configurations
- Create and execute test scripts; perform SIT and UAT
- Collaborate with stakeholders to cover edge cases and document results
- Manage defects and coordinate with development to resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing and ensure alignment with business requirements
- Support training and knowledge transfer on testing strategies and tools
- Evaluate and propose improvements to testing processes and tools
- Engage with cross-functional teams to validate new features and integrations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong Salesforce Field Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud knowledge
- Hands-on configuration of flows, Lightning pages, and data model
- Experience with SIT, UAT, and test script creation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus
- Salesforce certifications (Field Service Consultant preferred)
