Job Description:
- The Digital Sales Manager leads execution of digital strategies to drive commercial outcomes through team management and development.
- This role partners with customers, marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams to expand the footprint of digital solutions.
- The DSM acts as primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external customers, integrating new digital offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in sales leadership, preferably in medical device or healthcare tech.
- Strong ability to influence decision-makers remotely through consultative selling.
Working Conditions:
- Comfortable working in a flexible dynamic schedule with remote work and some field selling.
- Able to travel up to 75%, sometimes on short notice, and lift 60 lbs.
