Overview

As Senior Payroll Analyst, you will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll across multiple countries. You partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to drive operational excellence and support a customer-focused employee experience. You’ll tackle complex, multi-country payroll processes in a fast-paced international environment and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Your work helps maintain strong controls, accurate filings, and seamless payroll services across the region. Verantwortungsbereiche

  • Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple countries with accuracy, compliance, and deadlines
  • Collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, Benefits, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Mobility, and external providers
  • Act as liaison with outsourced providers, ensuring quality service and timely issue resolution
  • Review payroll inputs and outputs for accuracy across hires, terminations, changes, benefits, taxes, and deductions
  • Prepare month-end payroll accounting entries, accruals, reconciliations, and support audits
  • Ensure accurate payroll filings, statutory submissions, and year-end declarations
  • Serve as primary contact for employees and managers on payroll matters with professional support
  • Conduct root-cause analysis of payroll issues and implement corrective actions
  • Identify and drive process improvements to simplify, standardize, automate, and strengthen payroll processes and controls
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation and provide backup coverage as needed
  • Support a collaborative, solution-focused team culture and participate in payroll/finance projects upon request

Zentrale Anforderungen

  • Minimum 5 years’ payroll experience in a multinational environment
  • Experience managing complex multi-country payroll processes or service delivery to multiple customers
  • Advanced knowledge of German payroll
  • Experience with external payroll providers is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy
