Overview
In this role you will partner with stakeholders across Europe to optimize billing and invoicing processes, using digital and AI-enabled solutions to drive efficiency. You will ensure compliance with local requirements and support SOX controls, while leading billing improvements through data insights. The position sits within a collaborative, international Finance team focused on transforming processes and enabling accurate revenue recognition. You will play a key part in a mission-driven company advancing minimally invasive care at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Act as the primary Finance contact for billing and invoice delivery across Europe
- Support the transition to electronic/digital invoicing solutions
- Ensure invoicing processes comply with local legal and business requirements across European markets
- Identify root causes of recurring billing issues and drive lasting solutions
- Utilize KPIs and data insights to continuously improve billing performance
- Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives, including systems and process enhancements
- Support the Finance control environment, including SOX requirements
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Experience in Finance, Billing, Credit Management, or Order-to-Cash
