INUIKII is a dynamic international footwear brand known for combining distinctive design with comfort, quality, and functionality. To support our growing team, we are looking for an HR professional.
Tasks
- Managing the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, development and offboarding
- First point of contact for employees and managers on all HR matters
- Preparing and submitting monthly payroll changes to our external payroll provider and reviewing payslips
- Point of contact for social insurances and insurers (AHV, BVG, UVG, KTG), including employee registrations and deregistrations
- Drafting employment contracts, reference letters, confirmations and internal regulation
- Absence and case management, coordination with insurers
- Further developing HR processes, policies and tools in a growing company
Requirements
- Completed HR qualification (e.g. Swiss Federal Diploma in HR) or equivalent
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, ideally in an SME or scale-up
- Solid knowledge of Swiss employment and social insurance law
- Experience working with external payroll providers is an advantage
- Independent, structured and hands-on working style
- Discretion, empathy and a calm approach in sensitive situations
- Excellent German and good English
