• Studying business administration, economics, accounting & finance or similar fields of study
• Initial experience in accounting and controlling is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Excel), DATEV software and VBA is a plus
• Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, hands-on mentality and a careful and structured way of working
• Business fluent German and fluent English skills

• Manage Financial Processes: Take ownership of reviewing and processing travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal company policies.
• Support Data Maintenance, Validation, and Analysis: Work with master data (DATEV) to create a solid foundation for precise financial decision-making.
• Drive Controlling Initiatives: Assist in establishing structured project controlling, develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards, and support the finance department with insightful reporting.
