How You\’ll Impact
- Drive Strategic Agenda & Leadership Alignment : As Manager of Global Business Operations, you will be the central driver of how our firm manages its future service offerings, global business development by industry, and career platforms for senior talents across Practice Areas (PAs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs). Your role includes leading strategic planning, cross-regional initiatives, and leadership meetings, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and collaboration models across practices and geographies.
- Global Senior Stakeholder Management : Collaborate closely with Global Practice Area and CoE Chairs to ensure alignment with senior leaders, effective resource management, and seamless collaboration across regions (EMESA, NAMR, and AP). Act as a key link to our knowledge and business services ecosystem, scaling ideas, talent, and best practices globally.
- Ownership of Performance & Process Management : Establish and monitor KPIs, support revenue allocation, and provide actionable reports to leadership in collaboration with Finance. Continuously improve structures, roles, and workflows to ensure operational excellence.
- Shape Team Building & Talent Enablement : Build and lead a growing team supporting PA/CoE operations. Foster a collaborative team culture that empowers and develops team members.
- Advance Knowledge & Innovation : Promote transparency and collaboration across topics. Support the development of future offerings, share successful approaches, and enhance the presence of topic experts on internal platforms and initiatives.
What You\’ll Bring
- Over 5 years of experience in consulting, business operations, or cross-functional leadership, preferably within professional services or a knowledge-driven environment.
- Strong strategic, analytical, operational, and execution skills.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a global, matrixed setting.
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and people management abilities.
- A hands-on, entrepreneurial, strategic, and intercultural mindset—ready to build, lead, and improve.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
- A team-oriented approach, fairness, authenticity, and groundedness.
