As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s financial strategy and decision-making processes. You’ll be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis cycle, providing valuable insights to senior management, and supporting the business in achieving its growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Own and manage the end-to-end financial planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning.
- Insightful Reporting: Provide in-depth analysis and variance reporting to senior leadership, offering actionable insights to help guide strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on financial targets and strategic initiatives.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop robust financial models and forecasts to support business decisions, optimizing for profitability and efficiency.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Utilize financial data to create actionable recommendations that drive performance improvements across the business.
- Process Optimization: Lead process improvement initiatives to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of financial data and reporting.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions and senior leadership needs.
What Our Client is Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in FP&A or a similar finance role, ideally in a technology or high-growth business environment.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, along with experience using ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP).
- Financial Insight: Strong understanding of key financial metrics, business drivers, and the ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with experience presenting complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Analytical mindset, with the ability to identify trends, pinpoint issues, and provide solutions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must; German language skills are a plus but not essential.
