A leading international management consultancy is looking for Consultants, Senior Consultants and Managers to join their growing Defense practice in Germany.
This is an operations-focused role working directly with Defense clients on some of the most complex and high-stakes challenges in the industry right now - including:
- Production strategy and capacity scale-up
- Global manufacturing footprint optimisation
- Operational improvement - efficiency, cost, and complexity reduction
What they are looking for:
- 2-8 years of experience in management consulting or Defense industry operations
- Background in industrialization, production strategy, or supply chain - ideally with some Defense or dual-use manufacturing exposure
- Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or similar
- Fluent German and English
- Based in Germany, comfortable with regular travel
