We are partnering with a leading global professional services firm to grow their Deals practice in Germany. This is an opportunity to join one of the most active Deals teams in the German market, working on some of the most complex and high-profile transactions across the country.
The team:
A dedicated group of 100+ specialists focused exclusively on the operational and strategic dimensions of transactions - helping companies execute integrations, separate businesses, and unlock value. The practice is fully utilised and continuing to grow.
What you will be doing
- Leading workstreams on post-merger integration programmes - integration planning, operating model design, and synergy capture
- Advising on carve-outs and separations - operating model separation, TSA scoping, and Day-1 readiness
- Supporting value creation mandates - performance improvement and operational transformation
- Contributing to buy-side and sell-side transaction support including operational due diligence
What we are looking for
- Several years of hands‑on experience in at least one of PMI, carve-out/separation, or value creation
- Background in a consulting firm or transaction-focused advisory environment -- ideally with direct exposure to operational deal execution
- Based in Germany
- Fluent in German and English
