They are now looking for a Private Cloud Engineer to help plan and manage private cloud projects, often on hyper-converged infrastructure, and utilise your automation & virtualization expertise in private cloud environments. Alongside both software and hardware teams, you’ll also contribute toward their internal portfolio; creating innovative solutions for now, and contribute toward the elevation of the technology for the future.
With a core focus on Cloud Native development in the private cloud space, a background in systems engineering is a huge bonus for the role as you’ll be working closely with the software and hardware engineers in the team, to provide the best managed solutions for the customers.
Your tasks
- Plan and contribute technical concepts and architectures to private cloud projects.
- Work closely with hardware and software professionals, as well as the customers.
- Support other teams and contribute toward your company’s own cloud products.
- Work closely with the customers, partners, and engineering team, communicating your solutions well.
Your skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Private Cloud Engineer or System Engineer.
- Virtualization, containerization, storage, and computing expertise.
- An interest in hyper-converged infrastructure and automation practices.
- Strong English and German language skills.
Soft skills
- Excellent time management and accountability.
- Able to communicate well with customers.
- An enthusiastic, driven, and motivated personality.
