Research Scientist – BioTech

Location: Munich

Salary – up to €70,000

Full-time, Permanent

We are working with a BioTech company who are on the search for a Research Scientist. The role holder will be developing, executing, and optimising expression strategies for recombinant protein production.

Key tasks include maintaining project documentation (SOPs, reports, plans), presenting scientific findings internally and externally, and contributing to multidisciplinary project teams.

Candidate Profile:

• PhD in biochemistry or a related field
• Proven experience with insect cell culture additional cell systems beneficial
• 2+ years in a pharmaceutical setting with small/mid-scale screening
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
• Independent, team-focused, and customer-oriented work ethic
