Role Summary:

In response to ongoing growth and the need for enhanced training and documentation, Our Client is seeking a skilled Technical Writer / Trainer. This is a strategic role aimed at enhancing the quality and efficacy of technical communication and training programs within the organisation. The successful candidate will impact the way complex information is conveyed to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently plan, structure, and develop comprehensive technical documentation in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and customer requirements.
• Design and execute complete training courses, adhering to methodological and didactic principles.
• Conduct training sessions, effectively communicating complex topics to various target groups with different cultural backgrounds.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the technical and linguistic accuracy of documentation and training materials.
• Continuously enhance existing content and contribute to the ongoing improvement of overall quality.

Qualifications:

• A degree in electrical engineering or a related field with a strong technical foundation.
• Proven experience with editorial systems; familiarity with ASD-S1000D is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Practical knowledge of current standards and regulations regarding electrical installations in the low-voltage range.
• Strong analytical skills, initiative, and accountability.
• Exceptional communication abilities, including sound didactic skills.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required.
• Experience in the Defence sector would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with the latest technological advancements in electrical engineering.
• Previous experience in a training or educational capacity would enhance your application.
