UX / UI Designer (m / w / d)

Product is PlantPulse in EIS Digital Solutions:

PlantPulse is for early detection of emerging damages to avoid further secondary damage and to organize workforce and spare parts early. This helps turn unplanned downtime into planned downtime by detecting inefficient operating conditions and enabling targeted root cause analysis.

Tasks:

1. Envision a holistic product user experience that supports users in performing tasks while satisfying business requirements and observing technical constraints.
2. Translate requirements into annotated wireframes, screen flow diagrams, and complete design compositions.
3. Create visually crisp and flawless graphics/designs and UX concepts.
4. Execute strong interaction design and visual design principles.
5. Lead brainstorming and rapid iterations on a variety of ideas using wireframes and sketches.
6. Conduct User Testing.
7. Deliver Pixel Perfect UI Designs.

Skills:

1. Strong knowledge in user modeling, interaction, and interface design principles and concepts, as well as usability testing principles and methods.
2. Clear understanding of user-centered design, lean UX, and design thinking.
3. Knowledge in planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and usability and accessibility concerns.
4. Ability to transform user and system requirements into GUI screen layouts and patterns in a lean UX environment.
5. Deep understanding of various UX tools and creation styles, including experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Script. Mastery of current tools necessary to produce designs/wireframes.
6. Ability to work and communicate effectively in an international distributed team setting.
