IT Administrator (m/f/d)

You would like to…

• regularly review the IT infrastructure and ensure compliance with technical, qualification, and validation requirements.
• manage day-to-day IT operations, including support and the ticket system.
• implement IT processes to improve efficiency, workflows, and employee satisfaction.
• coordinate inquiries and requests from employees, internal IT experts, suppliers, and contractors (m/f/d).
• secure the company’s IT and communication systems.
• install new hardware and software and train employees in their use.
• independently carry out and actively support IT projects.
• take on responsibility within the IT team.

We are looking for…

• a successfully completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration or a comparable qualification, as well as professional experience.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft environment, VMware, Active Directory, and permission structures.
• Experience with common IT architectures, network components, and the development of concepts.
• Basic knowledge of firewall management, network security, and software deployment.
• Ideally, experience in the qualification and validation of IT systems in a GxP environment (CSV).
• A high degree of accuracy, reliability, initiative, and interest in complex system environments.
• Fluency in German and good English skills, as well as a willingness to travel occasionally to our locations.
