You will run experiments, analyze data, and contribute to bringing new technologies into production.
Responsibilities
Ensure stable and reliable operation of electron beam test benches
Perform and analyze measurements on advanced Multi‑Beam mask writer key components
Design, set up, and evaluate experiments
Develop and improve measurement recipes and data analysis tools
Drive continuous improvement of methods and components, including evaluation and documentation
Communicate results and insights to stakeholders and management
Critically interpret and validate measurement results
Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD in Physics
Experience in designing, setting up, and conducting experiments
Strong data analysis skills and confidence working with complex datasets
Hands‑on mindset with the ability to work independently and in a structured way
Solid problem‑solving skills and a strong analytical way of thinking
Ability to critically evaluate results and draw meaningful conclusions
Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a simple way
Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional environments
Very good command of English, German language skills are a plus
Experience with vacuum systems or particle beam technologies is an advantage
Programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, or similar)
Basic understanding of electronics is a plus
