The Position
We are a spin-off of the RWTH Aachen University, which makes recyclable plastic packaging for various applications possible using a special coating technology. We are looking for a senior finance manager (m/f/d) to join us in building a company that will significantly advance the circular economy for plastics in Germany and the world.
Your Mission

You develop the financing strategy with the founders and investors

You set up and optimize the financial and controlling processes

You acquire and negotiate outside capital (banks, subsidies, investors)

You create budget and liquidity plans as well as financial models

You develop reporting and KPI controlling systems for investors and internal stakeholders

You are the contact person for investors, banks, auditors, and tax consultant

You ensure financial compliance and risk management

You have a degree in business administration, finance, or a related field

You have experience in acquiring debt capital and negotiating with investors

You have an in-depth understanding of controlling, accounting, and cash flow management
