The Position
We are a spin-off of the RWTH Aachen University, which makes recyclable plastic packaging for various applications possible using a special coating technology. We are looking for a senior operations manager (m/f/d) to join us in building a company that will significantly advance the circular economy for plastics in Germany and the world.
Your Mission

You support the development of corporate strategy and organizational development in operations.

You will be responsible for setting up an organizational unit to scale our production of coating machines.

You manage the selection of partners and suppliers for the production of coating machines.

You define work processes and establish methods for production and project management.

You develop a team by recruiting and coaching new employees for project execution.
Your Profile

You have an academic degree in the field of mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering or a comparable education.

You have at least 2-5 years of work experience in the areas of production or plant engineering in a dynamic corporate environment.

You have experience and and a track record of production and project management.

You inspire your team, customers, and stakeholders with your communication skills.

You like to take responsibility and convince with a confident and professional manner.

You are business fluent in German and English.
