What can you expect?
- You support our teams in increasing efficiency across campaign ideation, creation, and analytics by identifying and applying the right AI tools to their existing workflows
- You advise on leveraging AI to increase personalization and effectiveness in campaigns and sales initiatives
- You define and design innovative solutions to integrate sales touchpoints into our AI-driven support ecosystem, leading conceptual work on how AI Chat, Voicebots, and automated Email flows can drive sales while supporting the customer
- You guide specialists in improving target group management and segmentation through the use of AI-driven tools
- You act as the lead for our internal tools by defining clear, high-quality business requirements for the development teams to implement within our core infrastructure
- You get your hands dirty by building functional prototypes of AI-based processes using internal/external tools and natural language coding to prove concepts and validate requirements
- You lead the cultural shift by advocating for AI and providing hands-on training to employees across the division to ensure long-term adoption
What should you bring along?
- You have several years of experience in digital transformation, marketing technology (MarTech), or development, with a clear focus on AI implementation
- You are highly comfortable with "vibe coding," rapid prototyping, and deep-diving into AI tools to see what works in practice
- You are a natural facilitator who finds success in helping others succeed and can explain complex AI logic to non-technical peers with ease
- You have a strong ability to turn business needs into precise technical requirements for development teams
- You can translate technical potential into business value and advise senior leadership on the long-term AI roadmap
- You are fluent in English, and German or other European languages are a plus
- You look forward to visiting our international locations from time to time to collaborate in-person with our global teams
