IP Innovative Power GmbH is a leading company in the field of renewable energy and innovative technology. We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our billing and subsidy management processes.
Position Summary:
The AR Specialist is responsible for overseeing customer billing processes related to energy supply and energy services. This role manages invoicing processes, is the contact person for billing related questions and collaborates with internal teams to optimize financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support customer billing processes for energy systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the invoicing process, including billing data validation, subsidy program adherence and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders regarding billing inquiries, ccorrections,and resolutions.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Support the finance department with data collection, validation, and archiving.
- Utilize software platforms like Dynamics and SharePoint for efficient process control.
Your Profile:
- Strong experience in accounts receivable, energy billing, utility billing or related financial operations. Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
