Project Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to oversee and optimize the performance and efficiency of our photovoltaic (PV) systems, combined heat and power (CHP) units, electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS), and heating systems. As a Maintenance & Operations Manager at IP Innovative Power, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the company’s systems, including PV systems, EV Charging Stations (EVCS), heat pumps, Combined Heat and Power (CHP) units, boilers, and more. Your role will involve ensuring system efficiency, coordinating regular and emergency maintenance, managing contracts and subcontractors, and implementing new technologies to enhance company operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and cost-effective system performance.
