About the Role

You will play a key role in designing and implementing our innovative learning strategies and gain hands-on experience in and other dynamic people related functions. Your tasks include:

  • design and creation of e-learning content and maintain training records and statistics
  • support further developing our on-boarding process for new employees
  • coordinate training sessions/workshops and other development activities
  • assist with regular employee surveys
  • preparation and follow-up of in-house seminars as well as room and material management
  • manage smaller projects in the context of IPC’s Learning & Development

About you

You are an enrolled student preferably in business administration, HR-Management, people development, adult education, organizational psychology, or a comparable field of study. You enjoy working in multi-disciplinary teams and with colleagues in multiple locations. Ideally, you bring the following:

  • strong interest in the field of Learning and Development (L&D)/People Development and ideally have some initial experience
  • tech-savvy and proficient in using the MS Office suite (M365)
  • previous work experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or an authoring tool i.e. creating online learning modules is highly preferred
  • structured and independent way of working
  • strong communication skills
  • good German and English language skills
