- Recruiting Revolution: Lead the entire recruiting process, from advertisement to decision-making, creating an unparalleled candidate journey that enhances our employer brand.
- Process Pioneering: Collaborate with the team to optimize HR processes, from contract management to onboarding and offboarding, leveraging your expertise to shape these processes.
- Establish a Culture of Trust: Be the first point of contact for employees and managers, fostering trust and a positive work environment through empathy, openness, and solutions.
- Ensure Legal Certainty: Demonstrate expertise in German labor law and ensure HR measures comply with legal standards, including international employment law.

- Passion for HR: Experience and expertise in employment law, HR development, and recruiting, with an ability to balance employee and company interests.
