Your mission

1. Recruiting Revolution: Lead the entire recruiting process, from advertisement to decision-making, creating an unparalleled candidate journey that enhances our employer brand.
2. Process Pioneering: Collaborate with the team to optimize HR processes, from contract management to onboarding and offboarding, leveraging your expertise to shape these processes.
3. Establish a Culture of Trust: Be the first point of contact for employees and managers, fostering trust and a positive work environment through empathy, openness, and solutions.
4. Ensure Legal Certainty: Demonstrate expertise in German labor law and ensure HR measures comply with legal standards, including international employment law.
5. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and legislation relevant to HR.

Your profile

• Passion for HR: Experience and expertise in employment law, HR development, and recruiting, with an ability to balance employee and company interests.
• Recruiting Expertise: Skilled in attracting, inspiring, and retaining talent, with a comprehensive understanding of the recruiting process.
• Empathy: Reliable partner for employees and managers, fostering trust and positivity.
• Responsibility & Resilience: Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Structured, detail-oriented, and able to maintain overview under pressure. Proficiency in German and English is required.
