Responsibilities:
- Support the People & Culture team in various HR functions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Contribute to the recruitment process by screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Help in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor\’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
