Join our mission at iPoint to change the world through compliance and sustainability. As a Senior Solution Consultant (m/f/d) in Reutlingen, Munich, or Hamburg, you will help us realize our vision of a sustainable future and actively shape it.

In this key position, you will act as a bridge between our customers and the innovative iPoint solutions in the area of Product / Material Compliance & Sustainability. With your deep understanding of complex regulatory requirements, you will turn challenges into tailor-made solutions and provide strategic support to our customers in optimizing their processes.

• Consulting and customer care: You analyze customer requirements and identify tailored solutions from our portfolio. In doing so, you act as a trusted advisor for new and existing customers.
• Collaboration with sales: You actively support our sales team in all phases – from discovery and value pitching to the creation of scoping documents and statements of work.
• Creation of sales and consulting materials: You develop documents and materials to strategically support sales.
• Market and demand analysis: You identify market and product potential and feed your insights into product development.
• Representation: You represent iPoint at industry conferences and workshops, thus contributing to the positioning of our brand as a market leader.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in natural sciences, sustainability, engineering, or economics.
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in a pre-sales, technical consulting role, or in relevant industries such as automotive, electronics, or manufacturing.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of product compliance, sustainability, PCF, LCA, CSRD, and experience communicating at different hierarchy levels.
• Soft skills: Openness, curiosity, empathy, frustration tolerance, strategic thinking, and a strong customer focus.
• Languages: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
• Technical skills: Confident in PowerPoint and Excel; ideally knowledge of the MEDDICC sales approach.
