• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing assigned projects to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project progress, flagging any critical issues that could affect deadlines, budgets, or quality.
• Identify risks and craft solutions to address challenges and roadblocks effectively.
• Ensure project activities align with client contracts, and promptly notify the Project Manager of any discrepancies or deviations.
• Create detailed documentation to support project mapping and workflows.
• Plan and coordinate tasks , ensuring teams are aligned and resources are efficiently allocated.
• Offer on-the-ground support to field/site technicians, facilitating smooth operations.
• Organize and schedule field activities , ensuring technicians are well-prepared.
• Handle back-office tasks to keep project operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English and German , ensuring effective communication in diverse settings.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Project , with bonus points for familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Educational background or hands-on experience as a surveyor , demonstrating technical know-how.
• Valid driver’s license , enabling mobility for on-site activities.
• Experience in the high-voltage electrical sector or working with private clients is highly desirable.
