You lead your territory both strategically and operationally and are accountable for its sustainable development within the Swiss oncology landscape. In this role, you actively shape business outcomes with a clear focus on patient benefit, therapeutic value and business impact. You work cross-functionally and position Ipsen as a trusted therapy and healthcare system partner.Your Responsibilities - Business & StrategieLead your assigned territory independently in alignment with the overall business and brand strategyOwn sales performance, market share and KPI achievement, including active business steeringDevelop and execute focused territory and account strategies based on market insights and data analysisConduct strategic, value-driven customer engagements with clear objectives and a results-oriented approachYour Responsibilities - Operational Excellence & LaunchUse CRM (Veeva) consistently as a business planning and decision-making toolManage the local territory marketing budgetTake operational responsibility for successful product launchesPlan and execute events and congress activities with clear strategic objectivesStakeholder Management & CollaborationAnalyse and navigate formal and informal decision-making structures across HCPs, HCOs and healthcare networksBuild professional and productive partnerships based on credibility and mutual trustContribute actively to overall Business Unit performance and cross-functional projectsYour profileUniversity degree; Scientific, medical or healthcare-related background or equivalent qualificationStrong experience in oncology or similarly complex specialty care environmentsProven track record of independently managing key accounts or territories with full business accountabilityExperience developing and executing territory and account plansStrong understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and stakeholder management within specialised and hospital settingsStrong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-makingSelf-directed and accountable working style with a strong sense of ownershipLanguage ability: English fluent; French fluent, German: minimum conversational levelValid Swiss work permit, Valid driving licenceWhy Ipsen?Ipsen offers a responsible and impact-driven role within a dynamic oncology environment.
