We value our employees as ambassadors of our mission, fostering a culture of ownership, leadership, and purpose.Position Details: We are seeking a Medical Scientific Liaison – Rare Diseases / Liver (f/m/d) to support our Medical Team in Germany, covering regions such as Berlin, Hannover, Leipzig, and Dresden.Key Responsibilities:Develop relationships with national and regional medical and scientific KOLs aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.Engage in scientific exchange and educational activities about therapies with KOLs, including advisory boards, meetings, and congresses.Build and maintain expertise in Rare Diseases.Represent Ipsen at medical events, programs, and scientific conventions.Collaborate with clinical development to identify trial sites and leverage disease concepts for product differentiation.Position Ipsen as a valued scientific partner through initiatives and scientific communication.Provide scientific, clinical, and educational support internally and externally.Support medical publications and participate in speaker and representative training.Lead or participate in special projects and support patient-focused operations.Minimum Qualifications:Advanced degree in Science, Healthcare, or Medicine (PharmD, PhD, MD).Experience in medical practice or research, with at least 2 years in an MSL or similar role.Proven ability to develop relationships with Thought Leaders and deliver scientific presentations.Experience in Rare Diseases / Liver is advantageous.Strong communication skills, data analysis knowledge, and understanding of compliance regulations.Willingness to travel 60-80%.Fluent in German and English.What We Offer:Permanent employment in an innovative, international company.Meaningful work with societal impact.Opportunities for personal growth and development.Flexible working hours, up to 36 days off, and attractive compensation.Health management, sports, and pension schemes.We look forward to your application, including your earliest start date and salary expectations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
