Key Activities, Duties And Responsibilities
- Driving business development for new and existing accounts
- Day-to-day client interaction throughout project life cycle and client relationship
- Taking the lead and overall responsibility of the design of proposals and pitch for complex projects and higher value work
- Deliver impactful end to end research from set-up, design, and execution of projects with direct day-to-day interaction on project level with internal and external stakeholders
- Contributing and supporting in achieving financial targets of P&L from existing and new clients
Skills And Experiences
- Previous experience working in a pharmaceutical or life sciences background
- Expert in developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships and ability to lead business development activities
- Ability to design research methods according to client business needs and product life cycle
- Thorough knowledge and experience of applying quantitative and qualitative research methodologies combined with a willingness to upskill on new and developing approaches
- Experience with innovative research methods is desired
- Interest in working with across a range of clients and diseases
- Native or fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
