MISSIONS

Your main tasks are the following :

  • Propose improvements, develop and design content for social and digital channels (website, LinkedIn) in line with our communications strategy
  • Support the external and internal communications through drafting and translating texts as necessary (e.g. articles, newsletters, blogs, social media posts)
  • Support the production of company communication materials : leaflets, brochures and attractive presentations
  • Develop and propose innovative ideas for communication activities producing animations, videos and design
  • Prepare, design and publish content for internal communications channels such as TV screens, intranet and newsletters
  • Monitor and control communications throughout the entire project life cycle to ensure the information needs of the project stakeholders are met
  • Web listening and trend reports on social networks
  • Monitoring and analysis of the audience for the website and social media and preparation of half year reports for evaluating the performance of the communication activities

PROFIL

To carry out these activities, we are looking for a well-organized and rigorous person bringing the following profile :

  • Students under contract with a school
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications or at a business school
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) and Canva
  • Current French, with fluent English both in oral and written conversation
