Associate Insights Manager (f / m / d) – Market Strategy & Understanding

The Senior Research Executive (SRE) is a skilled Researcher and Communicator. As part of the Ipsos core team managing a major global program, the SRE will focus on several key responsibilities (see below) and work closely with the Client Program Manager (CPM) and other researchers.

The SRE will report to the CPM of this program.

Key Tasks

1. Execute questionnaire revisions and improvements based on project objectives.
2. Manage global brand lists.
3. Maintain documentation related to the project.
4. Analyze and report on data collected locally.
5. Assist in implementing data storage and structuring solutions (e.g., SharePoint).
6. Onboard and manage local partner agencies.
7. Collaborate with the local Ipsos hub as part of the core team.
8. Support the CPM in designing and implementing a global plan for continuous program improvement.
9. Help resolve critical incidents with the client, supporting both local and central teams.
10. Participate in strategic workshops and high-profile presentations, including lessons learned sessions.
11. Demonstrate experience in managing large international client programs.
12. Be a pragmatic, well-organized researcher who challenges current approaches to improve processes.
13. Apply strategic and innovative thinking, with openness to new approaches.
14. Passionately translate strategic information into user-friendly formats.
15. Be results-oriented, striving for high performance and flawless delivery at all levels.
