h3Client Service Director - Creative Excellence - Geneva /h3h3Job Description /h3pbThe Client Service Director will have the following main responsibilities: /b /pulliContribute drive turnover to meet budget set for the teamulliRetain and grow the business with accountability on structural clients /liliContribute to the commercial roadmap and monitor commercial activations /liliUnderstand the client’s organization and build-up solid relationship with key contacts /li /ul /liliLeadership role within Creative Excellence teamulliDrive performance, managing ways of working, optimised workload, ensure team ownership and responsibility /liliRole of mentoring to grow the team expertise - with regular feedback to team membersand organizing trainings /liliWorking closely with the project management team /li /ul /liliDeliver a high level of consultancy to clients on the creative excellence journey, from early stage to in-market evaluation:ulliUnderstand the category and business dynamics /liliConsult with client to identify needs and shape most relevant research and learning plan /liliInterface with other Ipsos Services lines and global dedicated teams in the Ipsos organisation to ultimately deliver more holistic perspective to client. /liliBe a trusted creative advisor and partner for your clients. /li /ul /liliDrive knowledge culture of collaborationulliInspire the team by sharing learning, expertise and knowledge /liliBe vocal within Ipsos organisation and outside to build the fame of the creative excellence expertise in Switzerland /li /ul /li /ulpbThe desired skills and experiences to become a client service director at Ipsos creative excellence: /b /pulliUniversity degree preferably in marketing/market research, social sciences, communication sciences or similar /liliMinimum 10 years of professional experience within market research agencies /liliClient management skills with ability to deliver outstanding attention and services to the client. /liliCommercial excellence acumen /liliExcellent ability to communicate and liaise with a variety of different internal and external senior stakeholders. /liliSolid market analysis skills, from data to insights /liliCuriosity, proactivity, and entrepreneurship spirit /liliCollaborative and supportive mindset /liliInternational minded and multicultural oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills /liliPassion for creativity, advertising, touch points, media, digital with professional experience in the domain /liliOther languages than English are an advantage. /li /ulpReady to become a creative advisor and inspire change with impactful research?
