Job Description
The Senior Insights Consultant is a strategic thinker and skilled communicator. As part of Ipsos\’s core team managing a major global program, the role involves coordinating various tasks and collaborating closely with the CPM and other researchers.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Assist SREs and CPM in revising and improving master questionnaires based on objectives
- Manage brand lists at a global level
- Documentation
- Conduct reporting and data analysis locally
- Implement data storage solutions (e.g., SharePoint)
- Onboard and manage local partner agencies
- Collaborate with local Ipsos hubs as part of the core team
Key Competencies
- Experience managing large international client programs
- Deep understanding of the tobacco market and brands (preferred)
- Pragmatic, well-organized, and process-oriented researchers who challenge current approaches
- Strategic, innovative thinking, and openness to new methodologies
- Ability to present strategic information in a user-friendly manner
- Results-oriented with a focus on high performance and flawless delivery

The Market Strategy & Understanding (MSU) Service Line conducts strategic research to provide contextual insights that help clients navigate dynamic markets. Our focus includes strategic brand research, category & consumer fundamentals, market sizing, segmentation, brand equity, and whitespace opportunities.
