Your mission
- Managing the payroll of 4 locations across Europe
- Support with bookkeeping and account payables and receivables
- Organize meetings, travel, and accommodations for the firm
- Organize company events
- Diary management for the management team
- Management of external communications
- Support with hiring
Your profile
The ideal candidate is capable of managing the administrative matters of a fintech data management firm with multiple locations across the EU and the UK with strong communication and organizational skills.
- At least 5 years of experience in a business administrative role
- Ability to communicate clearly and to understand the internal process
- Team player and eager to learn and improve workflows
- Fluency in English. Other EU languages are a plus.
- Must be eligible to work in the EU or the UK.
