EMEA, the German Analytics & Consulting team supports clients to make decisions across their commercial value chain, aiming at creating value for brands as well as patients/consumers.

We apply creative research solutions and offer end-to-end management consulting in Consumer Health focusing on areas like growth strategy, market analysis, launch excellence, pricing, commercial model design, sales (force) excellence, marketing mix modelling, etc.

Role

As Principal Consumer Health Consulting in Germany, you will take on a variety of key responsibilities that focus primarily on client/project leadership, business development, and firm/operational leadership with regard to German Consumer Health clients (i. e., OTC, patient care, personal care, food supplements).

The main focus is to deliver outstanding client service while building trusted relationships with new and existing clients.

Success will be measured by the ability to take on large and complex projects, while opening up new business relationships to the consulting team as well as broader IQVIA.

You will work directly with the commercial leadership of local Consumer Health clients and acquire/deliver projects ensuring that delivery results are at high levels of client satisfaction.

Thereby, you will have access to the whole IQVIA go-to-market community, Consumer Health data assets and our “concept to consumer” connected solutions.

• Owning client engagements and being responsible for ensuring client satisfaction.
• Developing and delivering insightful, value-added solutions that address complex issues.
• Seeking out and identifying new revenue opportunities and ensuring a continuous flow of business.
• Applying consultative problem-solving skills to become a solutions-based expert.
• Identifying issues to develop tangible and commercial offerings.
• Contributing to the awareness of IQVIA Consumer Health consulting in the marketplace.
• Strengthening your expertise through on-the-job experience and participating in conferences/events.
• Mentoring, coaching, and sharing expertise.

Who You Are

• Degree holder with 7+ years’ experience in consulting, ideally in Consumer Health, FMCG, or Pharma.
• Expert in commercial consulting (growth, go-to-market, etc.) that can produce new and creative ideas.
• Proven seller of complex (consulting) engagements to commercial leadership teams of clients.
• Established leader with a record of management and people development.
• Successful mentor, talent retainer and confident leader that can enable creativity in others.
• Great communicator with very good command in English; fluency in German preferable.
