Associate Director, Brand Outsourcing Strategy and Offering Development Responsible for supporting the Brand Outsourcing Offering within the Global Commercial Solutions unit, reporting to the Global Head of Commercial Brand Outsourcing.
Essential Functions
Lead asset acquisition and partner channel hunting.
Develop complete offerings from I&A through C&S.
Ensure offering content and features are competitive to generate revenue growth and market penetration.
Make lifecycle decisions, including sunset or extension, to deliver business results.
Incorporate IQVIA strategic direction into offering management decisions across business lines.
Secure organizational agreement on go‑to‑market plan and budget.
Manage cross‑functional teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs and are viable and deliverable.
Approve research plans and coach others on market analytics best practices.
Bring external thought leadership to the client environment.
Drive achievement of objectives for growing business line responsibilities.
Determine and execute recovery, contingency, and mitigation plans.
Key Responsibilities
Support development and evolution of the global BO offering.
Act as solution and subject matter expert for internal clients during RFIs and RFPs.
Coordinate with regional teams to assess and activate opportunities.
Manage key internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment.
Enhance BO offering awareness through engagement with account and BD stakeholders.
Support marketing team in preparing BO‑specific promotional materials.
Lead internal BD/account team meetings to tailor offering to client needs.
Support pricing and commercial model development.
Lead BO pipeline tracking and expansion, with regular reviews.
Identify opportunities using data insights.
Support RFP/RFI processes as SME.
Support new and existing BO projects with data‑driven analytics.
Organizational Alignment & Operating Model
Share best practices, proposal innovation, and commercial learnings.
Lead global RBU pipeline cadence.
Support compliance, quality, and governance processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare services, with at least 4 years in senior management.
Proven experience in offering development, portfolio management, or GTM strategy.
Track record in managing portfolio brands and driving commercial strategy.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models.
Experience supporting business development activities (RFPs, RFIs, pipeline).
Strong stakeholder management across global teams.
Strategic mindset to translate trends into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
Team player capable of working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
Commercial acumen focused on revenue growth and client value.
Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools; knowledge of IQVIA systems preferred.
Strong organizational, planning, and logistics skills.
