Job OverviewAs an Associate Principal of the DTAS (Data, technology and Advisory Services) Health Economics / Health Technology Assessment (HE/HTA) practice, you will work directly with life sciences clients as a trusted partner, helping them navigate complex strategic, scientific, and analytical challenges. You will shape and deliver high‑impact HE/HTA engagements, building deep client intimacy through insight‑driven dialogue, deep subject matter expertise, proactive partnership, and consistent delivery excellence.You will be accountable for driving client satisfaction, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the team in achieving and exceeding its commercial ambitions.Role & ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Principal at IQVIA, you will be responsible for managing or leading multiple engagements and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries by: Managing project teams in the design, development and delivery of client deliverablesLeveraging business experience and acumen in identifying alternatives and innovative project approach to client questionsServing as key point of contact with clientsProviding follow-up with clients after engagements have been completed to ensure client satisfactionEnsuring clear communication throughout projects and within the teamSupporting the development of intellectual property for use on future engagementsManaging the process of proposal preparation and/or modifications including overall bid integrityDeveloping and/or elevating new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leadsDeveloping broader and deeper knowledge of HEOR methodologies and pharmaceutical market through on the job experience and trainingProviding direction, advice and intellectual leadership to clients and delivery teams. Direct consulting teams through consistent participation in team meetingsProviding high level input to, and ensures the development of, client reports and presentations and delivery of all or significant portions of findings to clientSharing subject matter expertise with others to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions for clientsLeading ad hoc work streams on critical go-to-market related topics such as thought leadership, speaking engagements, client meetings, and publicationsServing as a coach to junior membersAbout YouCandidates interested in joining our HE/HTA practice as an Associate Principal should have:Typically, 7-10 years professional experience in HEOR or HTA within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry with evidence of career progressionSubject matter expertise in health economics, evidence synthesis and HTA, i.e., HE modelling, evidence/HTA strategy, SLR, ITC, GVD, scientific advice, JCA.
