Associate Sales Engineering Director

Overview

As Associate Sales Engineer Director you combine technical, quantitative, and commercial skills to deliver measurable business outcomes. You engage with clients to align IQVIA’s platform with their needs, provide feedback to product teams, and lead pre-sales engagements and proofs of concept. You thrive in both technical and executive discussions and help bridge customers with engineering and sales. This role offers the chance to shape solutions for healthcare clients at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Provide pre-sales technical support for IQVIA Technologies Orchestrated Customer Engagement
• Demonstrate SaaS solutions to show business value
• Translate client requirements into technical guidance for products/services
• Collaborate with sales to maximize product benefits in opportunities
• Contribute technical input for bid proposals and technical documents
• Own Proofs of Concepts to prove feasibility and deliver rapid demos
• Deliver pre-sale technical presentations at client sites
• Capture client feedback to inform Product and Engineering teams

Zentrale Anforderungen

• CRM and marketing automation domain expertise in life sciences
• Technical experience with SFDC and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences
• Excellent quantitative skills and data exploration familiarity
• Experience owning end-to-end projects coordinating multiple teams
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
• Troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to energize and lead a team of partner engineers
• Typically requires minimum 3 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
