Responsibilities

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits.
• Support development of a subject recruitment plan.
• Evaluate the quality and integrity of site practices in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Manage progress by tracking regulatory submissions, recruitment, CRF completion, and data query resolution.
• Collaborate with experts at study sites and client representatives.
• Depending on the client model, may involve remote‑monitoring, participation in start‑up processes, or specialization on therapeutic area.
• Mentor less experienced team members and support as a subject‑matter expert.

Qualifications

• University degree in life science or related scientific discipline, or apprenticeship in the health care field.
• Minimum of 12 months of on‑site monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑pace environment.
• Fluency in German at least C1 level and good command of English.
• Flexibility to travel up to 40‑60% of working time.
• Driver’s license class B.
